We apologize for the inconvenience this week with our closure. We appreciate the concern for our staff, and information on the full book-drops earlier this week. We discovered one of the mechanisms has broken. A few staff members will be working immediately to remedy this situation .
Any materials on hold that were set to expire December 28th-January 4th will be extended until Thursday, January 7th.
Any materials due December 28th-December 31st will be due January 6th.
Please remember Mooresville Public Library ended overdue fines in July, no late fees!
Please be patient if our reminder notifications are slow to catch up with our abrupt closure.
Please continue to send positive healing thoughts to our Library family.
We appreciate your patience and support during this unprecedented situation. We are grateful and indebted to our Town Leadership for their guidance and support. When we all return the Library will be sanitized from top to bottom. While I don’t recommend eating off the floors I have been told they are clean enough to do so.
